destination suggestions for holiday with a 3 yr old and 4 month old please

We'd like to travel longhaul somewhere warm with lovely beaches with our children in jan. Our little boy will be 5 months then and our daughter is 3yrs. Would really appreciate any suggestions for a child friendly locations that aren't too pricey. Thailand or Sri Lanka possibly...any thoughts?

i was in Mexico in Septemeber and the resort I stayed in was very child friendly. They absolutely loved kids and always went out there way to speak to them. No too pricey either, gorgeous beach.
