Taking milk/water in a bottle for a baby

I am flying on Sunday from Gatwick airport with my 11 months old boy, and I don't know if we are allowed to travel with a milk/water in a bottle.

I've called the airlines and they were unhelpful. I have also check the Gatwick airport website, but they haven't mentioned anything.

Many thanks

It shouldn't be a problem. As I understand it, you might be asked to taste any liquids you want to take on board with you.

Yes we travelled earlier in the year with DD and her milk in a bottle. They asked me to taste it (I had a small quandry about whether to unscrew the whole lid and risk spilling it or suck it through the teat!)

They warmed it up on the plane for me too.

As said we took 4 drinks and 2 food pouches, i tasted 1 food 1 drink..
