Week away with lots to do over Christmas

We have no guests coming and it'll be too quiet and boring. Want to go away for a week, leaving on 23 or 24 dec. Tried to book centre parcs in France, but they only have apartments for 4 available (we are 6). Dh (only half jokingly) suggested smuggling 2 kids in. I'm not so convinced that's practical.

So any suggestions for a week over Christmas, with plenty of stuff to do, all inclusive would be brilliant, but anything really, reasonable travel from Munich, so a 4 hour drive or a short flight.

Skiing? Or Red sea?

Nit skiing, as we live close to the mountains and the boys go a lot anyway. Red sea - interesting, know of anything/ anywhere in particular? Think prefer hotel to apartment for a change.
