the last hol we had is more than 3 years ago, not looking for much just a weekend would be nice but why do hotels still insist on just 4 to a room. sorry for moaning but I would like any help or ideas for a Disney break or one of the adventure parks like alton towers where we can combine a couple of nights at a hotel with it. the dc are 19, 14, 8 and 4. I would like to go around the Easter break in April. This message reads like me talking to a travel agent I guess I'm tired........

Not glamorous but practical - why not a mobile home caravan. They are really comfortable and cheap compared to a hotel. More expensive at Easter in school holidays but still only £240 or so is possible.

We are 2 adults 3 kids and I always book hotels through Expedia. They seem to be the only place you can input 5 people and get results for rooms. Try it - I guess with the 19 year old you are 2 adults 3 kids also.

Thanks everyone for your advice, I will check expedia and also the sites you mentioned cat64. We have done the caravanning in the past and i love it but unless it is near to an adventure park the kids dont want to know.
