Another MNetter and I have been talking about going to Egypt for a week with our kids so that we can both get a chance to go diving. Not easy as a lone parent!

Ah that sounds lovely. I read about it here but when I went to my local Thomas Cook it was on a special deal in the window.

nappyaddict, am I right in thinking you are a diver too? A friend and I are thinking of going for a week at Easter - my DD is 6 and her DS is 1.5 Any idea if there is diving and/or chilcare?

I'm not a diver. I would love to do it but I am a terrible swimmer so probably wouldn't feel all that comforatable. Sorry I'm not sure about the childcare or diving, perhaps if contact the travel agent they can tell you?

Has anyone been to the sister hotel "Sindbad Beach" I think we would prefer this as it has on beach access unlike Sindbad Club Aqua. Is there an AI bar on Sindbad Beach and does it do food as well as drinks if so?
