Recommendation for hotel in Rome

I'm going on my own in December, and am looking for a nice/decent hotel in the centre. Any recommendations?

I stayed at the Hotel Genio a few years ago, it is on Piaza Navona, it was lovely.

Try Casa Montani. It's near the Spanish Steps and is a beautiful 5-bedroom townhouse. More boutique B&B than hotel but really reasonable. We had a fantastic time there.

If you haven't already booked Hotel White was really good. Close to the Trevi Fountain, street full of restaurants. Bus stop just round the corner. Very helpful reception staff.
