Bruges with a toddler

Having spent days reading reviews / trying to find suitable accommodation, I would really appreciate a recommendation, please:

4 adults and a toddler, hoping to go to Bruges for 2 days over the Christmas period.

However, and here comes the problem, ds doesn't sleep through, so often wakes up twice a night. He falls asleep almost immediately again (usually wants a bottle / his blanket / his sleeping toy), but I feel too bad to stay in a b&b because of this - would be horrified if I kept other guests awake. Oddly (selfishly, I guess) it worries me slightly less in hotels, although we do tend to go for places with good "sound proof" reviews, or otherwise self catering.

So, does anyone have recommendations for a self catering apartment or something similar in central Bruges?
