Ibiza, which resort for families and villa??

Hi, looking at booking a holiday to Ibiza for next June with my 3 year old plus a 6 month old baby.....plus grandparents. can anyone recommend a resort and also where I can book a decent villa.

I would recommend Villaparade. We booked through them and stayed at a gorgeous villa inland near St Gertrudis.
Have also stayed near San jose which was nice too.
