Kings Cross to Earls Court - Can anyone help with which train to take?

On saturday I'm going to Earls Court and I have decided to take the train. Can somebody help me plan a very simple route from Kings Cross to Earls Court?
I hardly ever travel by train or go into London hench the 'simple' route!! Grin

The Piccadilly line will take you straight from Kings Cross to Earls Court, it should take about 30 minutes I think.
