Not sure where to put this - we live and have a gite in Southern Brittany, near Vannes. I'm trying to arrange a trip to the UK in November, and it's turning into an expensive logistical nightmare! We have various people we can stay with, but it's getting rather complicated and I'd prefer to be in one place really, so I looked at nice hotels near London 
Then wondered if anyone fancied a break over here? The gite is usually booked, but it's empty from this week, or you can stay in our house if you prefer which is next door (but messier!) both are very child friendly - we have 2 DS's - 8 and 2, and there are children in the gite all summer. We don't need anything huge, just a couple of bedrooms, as I said, if possible near-ish to London, or good tube links. We'd be over from about the 10th to about the 14th November (but if you took the gite you could have it all week obviously)
