Christmas holiday! Where?

We will have 3kids with us, 9yrs, 20months and 3months.

Somewhere warm (not too hot) not far (because of the kids) Price, well we can sort that out if we find something we like.

Any recommendations?

Tenerife is lovely in Dec and very popular too.
Last year it reached 28c some days but generally it is around 25c ish so very plesant.

I live on the island so if you want anymore info or hotel recommendations just give me a shout.
