Has anyone managed to claim ash cloud expenses from ryan air???

I still haven't heard back from them about my claim since sending original receipts at their request 9 weeks ago. Is there anyone who can give me some hope that its worth pestering them further?

The frustrating bit is that i've jumped through their hoops and just not heard anything this time. Need to write another letter. I'm sure they'll find some reason to dispute it!
