Has anyone done Pembroke dock to Cork on the ferry?

How was the trip? Is it really around 200.00 for 4 people and a car?

Only done Holyhead to Dublin - it was £340 for a car, 2 adults, 3 children and a baby. We did the quick crossing. Had to pay for upgrade on way back as there was nowhere else comfy left to sit - added about £40 to cost.

We regularly go SWANSEA to Cork - I think the Pembroke one goes to Rosslare, though occassionally the Cork one might go from Pembroke because of tides.

During the school holidays the Swansea-Cork one was about £350 plus more for cabins (which IMO are essential on a long crossing with small kids.) All the crossings should be cheaper at this time of year. If you are going via Rosslare, I think Irish Ferries have some special offers at the moment.
