Hi ya. I just booked a flight to Nepal through a agency called Flighthunters.co.uk but am having some problems with them and would like to know more about my rights.
I told them i wanted to travel by Etihad Airlines only and they gave me a cheaper deal compared to other agency and i booked straight away with them and was told i would receive a deposit invoice of £100 in my email account. It did but it was the wrong airline which i had bad exeperiences with it before.Called them, took so long to get hold of the person and was told they had booked the next cheapest option without even confirming with me 1st.. Can they do that.?.am i allowed to ask for a full refund of my booking fees?
