Dubai self catering recommedations?

Am hoping you lovely MNers can help me out. Me, DH and our toddler aged 2.5 are hoping to go to Dubai at the end of October.

We would like to stay in a self catering apartment/villa and need only 1 bedroom.

Would like to keep the price down as much as possible and stay in the Palm/Jumeirah beach areas ideally.

All suggestions gratefully received!

Try oasis beach tower, or if that's too exp try the bonnington in jumeriah lake towers which is at the Palm, marina end. The Palm will be like nothing you imagined. There are other places BUT although they are cheaper most don't have many facilities and are located in areas without facilities. Bring your car seat as you will need it. Whilst an airport taxi may remotely possibly have a car seat, an ordinary taxi won't.
It will still be hot so not too much walking, today was 43 and hazy.
