holiday ideas with 5 year old and pregnant

We are looking to go on holiday next year with my wife being about 6 months pregnant and our 5 year old. It will be the last holiday we have with our little girl before baby arrives, and things change, so we want it to be something she will enjoy and remember, but also it would be nice if my wife can actually do something! so no rides, limited activities and ideally we dont want to get on a plane or go too far. We are contemplating either EuroDisney, although I've always been pretty anti-Disney, out little girl would love it, or staying in the UK. Any ideas?

personally, eurodisney when your six months pregnant is not going to be that fun, on your feet all the time, hot and fighting your way through crowds?
what about hiring a cottage or a villa (near a beach)and going back to basics, spend the days making daisy chains, sandcastles, tents in the garden, cutting and sticking crafts, going for walks, hunting for shells, stafish whatever your daugher wants, no phones, noone else just the three of you, take lots of pictures and when you get home you and dd can make a scrap book.

thanks! Good point about my wife being on her feet, but I should have said, this will be about january/feb, so its probably not going to be great weather here
