October Half Term - original been cancelled so need MN suggestions for replacement trip!

We had booked a week self-catering in Eilat for half-term at a lovely complex with fab swimming pool, kids club etc but sadly the flights have been cancelled. So we need your advice, oh wonderful MNers ...

Us: 3 dcs (DS 5; DD1 2.5; DD2 will be 4mo, ebf)

Need: Warm weather (at least 23-4 degrees), beach, child friendly hotel/aparthotel, pool, kids club type activities, babysitting

Distance: Up to approx 5 hour flight direct from Luton or Heathrow.

We'd probably prefer to be HB or B&B somewhere, but open to suggestions :)

Oh, and we need at least 2 rooms, but one could be a living room type thing...we're definitely not sharing with all 3 dcs for a week!

Could you rebook the flights on their own? I would probably go for Croatia which is lovely or southern Italy.

Just booked self catering on someone's farm in Spain! Thanks for the suggestion Kreecher - the problem was that the actual flight was cancelled...(boo :( )
