Canaries, Cyprus, Morocco, Tunisia, Algarve, Madeira, Egypt in January, Feb, maybe March?

I want somewhere hot enough to enjoy sunbathing by the beach in my bikini, swimming in the sea etc, not just warm enough to be comfortable in tshirts.

I wouldn't recommend Cyprus during this time. We used to live in Cyprus, this is their winter. It would still be warmer than in the UK but you could experience rain during this time as well.I would say it wouldn't really be warm enough for proper sunbathing/swimming etc until May/June really, hope that helps.

Egypt/Sinai should be hot enough
