I'm after suggestions/ideas for my DH 40th birthdya in December. HAve had to alter my plans for original present idea due to in-laws (don't ask). So thought a couple of nights away together might be a good idea. However i will be 7 mths pg by the time of birthday in dec. Am i mad to even to consider going away in dec. At the same time last year we had snow!
We live in the north midlands and think maybe not too far is the way to go especially when it's for 2 nights. Furthest would consider would be the Lakes (we love it there, has many memories). Or does anyone know of anywhere special to go.
