Going to Tenerife for a week at the end of the month. Trying to get my head round packing.
Just wondered if cows milk in Tenerife is safe for a 14 month old?

TIA

Yes it is fine. You will find that most milk is UHT (pascual is a good brand). Fresh milk is also pasteurised and fine to drink. If you get the chance let your son try some Cola Cao which is the staple of Spanish children. It's a malted chocolate milk drink fortified with vitamins and iron. Delicious!

It is a bit odd though because the cows eat different Spanish grass. It has a slight tinge.

Thank you both. Will try and find Cola Cao.

Fresh milk is perfectly fine AND delicious in Tenerife. The main local brand is Teisol.
