Canaries, Morocco, Tunisia, Algarve, Madeira, Egypt in January or February?

How hot will it be? Is it sunbathing weather or more linen trousers, tshirt weather?

ive been to tunisia at the end of march and it was warm, did some sunbathing, but the temp only got up to about 21c..

I've been to Tunisia in early Jan and it was cold - I was surprised at how cold. I had to wear my coat that I was not expecting to wear!

Canaries in February was lovely - bright, breezy, and warm, definitely not too hot, but fine for sitting out on the beach in your cozzie.

Madeira is in the canaries by the way but much further North so a bit cooler.
Warm enough to sit out and sunbathe at new year but more tshirt weather.
February is usually good for a bit of a tan!
