Passport for baby - quick question

Hi

I am filling out form at the moment. This is probably a very stupid question but need passport quick and don't want to delay application with mistakes...Section 9 where the applicant is supposed to sign. It says a parent may sign instead of child, do I sign my name or baby's name?

I assume it's my signature but want to be sure please..

It is your signature!!!

You sign your name. Keep your signature though within the box otherwise it will cause problems.
