Which is nicer, Sherwood Forest or Elvedon Center Parcs?

Thinking of booking a short break at half term. Has anyone been to both these two CP's and can compare them? We have been to Longleat and had a lovely time, but want to try a different one with fewer hilly bits as ds1 would like to ride his own bike around.
