Hot holiday with toddler and baby

I'm off on holiday shortly with a 2Yo and a 1YO to a VERY hot destination... I need a list of what I need to take... can anyone point me in the right direction???! TIA

Cotton and linen clothes very loose.
Nappy rash cream (better not to use them live the bottom aired but might be difficult in a car..)
Rehydratation salts
nurofen/calpol
hats/sun protections

Can you talk to your GP about what emergency med you would need?
post into the "living overseas" section some of them are in Dubbai, Singapore and other HOT countries.

Depends on which country you are going to. Laos would be completely different to Dubai for example. I would do what mamaloco suggested and post in the overseas section for a specific country.
