house swap in northern portugal?

Located to portugal 4 years ago and when flying over london recently with my 10 year old realised she didn t reccognize any of the sights.So have booked us a flight for 4 days in oct half term to visit london. Hotels are SOOOOO expensive over there so thought about a house swap as we have done these very successfully in the summer. anyone interested? We have a 4 bed villa with pool and walking distance to beach near Viana do castelo, an hour above porto or an apartment near the beach actually in Porto and need a small place for 2 with quick and easy into the london attractions?

Do you still have appartment in Porto? Have booked trip at Easter for DH for his significant birthday. Taking the kids (7 & 5). Bit nervous that they will be bored and thus grouchy. Also, haven't actually found anywhere suitable to stay yet. Was thinking of hotel in Foz so they can have bit of beach time before we hit the sights but not sure if hotel has connecting rooms so may need appartment. Any help / advice / appartment rental greatly received. PS we have house in Hertfordshire, 30 mins on train from London. Guess you've done the London thing now. Never done a house swap before but there's always a first.
