Young kids and Swansea

Planning on killing a few hours in Swansea before the ferry tomorrow. Any advice on fun things to do with 1 & 3 year old dds?

Is Playzone overly busy?

How about the minature pony place in Gower?

If the sun shines, which is the best beach?

And just in case I make a run for it, where is the best place to shop? Grin

I have very fond memories of Caswell Bay as a child. Lots of rockpools and a nice beach

Caswell Bay

Playzone on the Enterprise Zone? It's not the nicest of soft play places, if I am honest.
The LC (Swansea Leisure Centre) has a small softplay area with a separate bit for younger children.
On Mumbles Road, next to the University there is a pub, the Pub on the Pond, with a park next to it. Though if it rains tomorrow like it is now, this may not be an option!
Caswell and Langland Bay both good for families.
Gower Heritage Centre at Parkmill is a nice day out.
