Has anyone doing BLW taken a baby < 9 months to Tunisia???

We have flights booked to Tunisia and plan to stay in a 5 star hotel. I am not sure it is a great idea as we have been doing BLW and our bub does not like ready meals so he would have to eat from the buffet like us. Drinks should be ok as we can take a travel kettle if necessary and boil bottled water for him (apparently Evian is best?) and I am also breastfeeding exclusively. Has anyone done it or thinks it is a really bad idea or have any other tips?

Did BLW in Egypt if that helps? The huge variety of fruit was fantastic. Could you ask for fruit unpeeled etc? Bread was great too. As far as cooked foods go, wouldn't see it as any different as the UK. I recommend milton wipes for the table top/high chair tray, but I do that here anyway. Breastmilk will provide hydration!

Not BLW but took both my DSs to Tunisia as babies. With some planning you will be ok. Travel kettle is a good idea, don't usually get a kettle in room there. I very much doubt you will find Evian in Tunisia but local bottled water is fine. To be honest we gave ours well-boiled tap water without problems (although don't touch it unboiled!).

Buffet will have lots of fruit, yogurt and so on. Tunisian diet relies heavily on bread so there's always piles of that. You'll probably have a minibar or fridge so you can always buy some supplies outside hotel and store for baby. Supermarkets aren't common in Tunisia so for baby supplies you will probably have to seek out a pharmacy - but there will be plenty of those.

In my experience hotel staff will bend over backwards to help you with baby.
