Eating out in London

My ds and dh are going to London in the next few days. Going to NHM and Science M and staying out in Fulham area.

Where are the best reasonable priced places to have lunch and dinners ? They don't want to pay over the top but will want food and won't want to wait too long for food, ds is quite small and won't want to pay over the top.

Advice appreciated ? any tips ?

Thanks

Take a packed lunch to NHM as food is very expensive and not great IME. Other than that -how old is your DS?

DS is 5.

My dh wouldn't think of getting buying sandwiches and on the last day they need to get a decent meal for lunchtime as they will be travelling back in the late afternoon on the train.
