Butterfly place st albans - any good?

Title says it all really - is it worth a visit - website wasn't that helpful.

we went last August and loved it.

Butterfly bit was really small, literally a large greenhouse but we spent ages in there and the gardens were beautiful.

we were there about 4 hours and got half price entry as it was not fully open

not sure if they have added to it this year though

We went last weekend. It's nice for an afternoon but only go if the weather's good. There's a kids go free offer (you need to google it - it's not on their site) whcih makes it affordable.
