holiday for grandma

Hi all - my mum was widowed less than a year ago and I'm trying to find a holiday for her that will suit. She is quiet 'young' for her age and has a dread of being on an organised coach trip with lots of OAPs but loves the sun. I thought initially of a yoga holiday where people are quite likely to be travelling alone (she likes yoga and the sound of that) in the same boat or some organised trip somewhere. Does anyone have any recommendations as I just don't know where to start! She is lacking confidence at the moment to get away solo but doesn't want to come away with us. All of her best friends still have their husbands so it's a hard one... Thanks.

My mum went on a holiday to holidays this place when my dad left her - she didn't do the yoga holiday but they do that too. She hadn't been single for about 30 years and hadn't been on holiday alone for at least that long (if ever!). There was loads and loads of single people and quite a few of them seemed to be going because they'd had something happen in their life (divorce, bereavement etc) and needed a break. I think it was a very supportive atmosphere. It sounded like the age range was 35 to 70 and not coach-trip OAP types. This was a few years ago but looking at the website it doesn't look like it's changed!
