Does anyone have a company to recommend that insures young babies (4 months old) with special needs (Prader-Willi syndrome0. I am struggling to find anywhere that will cover us. Thanks

You could try this company, they insure people with pre-existing medical conditions:

www.travelinsuranceweb.com

We've used them on a couple of occasions, although have never had to make a claim. I got their details off the Which? website I think (well either that or Martin Lewis's site)

We have annual insurance from Axa-PPP (£200 for family of 8). I got this when DD was in and out of hospital with asthma and therefore not covered by any of the cheapo companies.
