Cable car in Barcelona?

geordieminx · 20/07/2010 20:05

Can someone please explain the cable car thing to me please?

We've been Barcelona twice now, and I've never been able to figure it out

Ideally we'd like to go out over the sea, and then possibly up to then up to the Tibidabo if this is possible?

Is it even worth it ( dh, ds (3) and I)? Or would we be better off doing Park Guell and cable car?

Many Thanks

Thanks for that Atilla, I've read it a couple of times and still cant quite get my head around it - ie where to get on/off, but will perhaps try again.

To get to Tibidabo you have to go on the funicular train.

It goes from the waterfront up to near the castle on the hill.

You need other forms of transport to get to Parc Guell and/or Tibidabo.
