Bruges With Children - Recommendations For Places To Stay

Am thinking of going to Bruges in December with DC (12 + 9). Any recommendations of places to stay not necessarily hotels, would also consider b & b or apartments or ... something else? Hoping to visit the Christmas market and see what else we can manage during a long weekend. Thanks.

Sorry, I don't have any specific advice about accommodation, but please be sure to take the horse and carriage tour round the city. It's a really nice way to spend 30 mins.

I'd agree with the comment about taking a horse and carriage ride. Ds1 was 2 when we went and enjyed that. No advice about accommdation, unfortunately. We went in August and stayed in a holiday park on the coast, spending a day in Bruges.
