Suppose I had better look at Menorca then if that is the only suggestion : ) Did go there last year but have to say it was so mundane with not much mediterraean charm that I don't actually remember the name of the hotel or the resort. Guess we must have stayed in the wrong place. Also, the hotels didn't seem to be quite up to the same standard as the Canary Islands or even Cyprus. I know everyone raves on about Menorca so I guess it must be me that has got it wrong.

Blue bay escape resort St spirydon Corfu. Although I believe it has changed a bit since we were there...still it was beautiful and seems to fit your requirements!

Iberostar gran Anthelia in Tenerife.

Great for little ones with a fab kids club with really nice staff.
Nightly kids disco followed by a teriffic show.
Right on the beachfront with lots to do out of resort.
Spectacular swimming pools.
Lovely rooms, with the option of conjoining rooms.

I live and work in Tenerife as a nanny, babysitter etc and think this hotel is fantastic. I have worked there manytimes now and love it.

Also the Bahia del duque is great but very pricey (last time i heard)

Look them up on google for more info and please dont hesitate to ask anything else.
