Weekend in Paris

DP and I are off for a dirty weekend in Paris in October, saturday morning to sunday evening on Eurostar, and I wanted to pick the brains of you wonderful mn's.

What are absolute musts whilst we are there, bearing in mind it's only for just about 2 days?

We need a lovely restaurant for Saturday night, anybody got any recommendations for us? Not too expensive if possible.

We are staying at the Hilton Paris (thanks to Tesco clubcard vouchers would you believe, also paying for the Eurostar as well!!) so anything in or around that area would be great.

TIA

When I went with a friend last year, we decided to be ultra touristy and went on one of the dinner boat cruises down the Seine - booked a window seat. It was lovely - Paris sparkling at night. The food was fine - not top notch, but decent enough. Only time I missed dh during the trip as obviously there were lots of couples!

I think some are good and some not so good - ours was recommended by our hotel.

After dinner you have to see the Eiffel Tower twinkling at night.
