Why is squeezyjey so expensive?

I have just been looking at prices for flights to Italy and they are almost twice the price of BA - and from Luton. WTF?

Their pricing strategy is different - they start low then prices go up as flights sell out. It's supply and demand.

To get cheaper flights book them as soon as the seats get released.

Think its Easyjet

Easyjet flights are very cheap if you book them early but then the prices go up and up as more seats get sold.

I have never managed to get a cheap flight on there - maybe cheap one way and very expensive on the way out. I don't really want to fly BA though (I don't like them).
