Never been there but walked past the city farm in vauxhall and it looks really sweet.

Are you sure you want to come to London for a day trip and go to an animal park?

Wouldn't it be more interesting to come and see something that is unique to London?

There are animal parks all over the country.

oppps, sorry, i just read again my message and i can see i wasnt clear.

we live in london and we would like to visit an animal park that is not too far from it, perhaps 1 hour or so driving should be ok.

we have been to city farms before, i was wondering if there is something bigger like an animal park?

Last time we went to London Zoo, with 7 year olds, we spent all day and didn't see everything. I went there a lot when the older two were little. Its quite big enough for littlies.

Paradise Park in Broxbourne, Herts.

Willows Farm in St Albans

jabuti · 16/07/2010 18:25

i think her nursery took them to paradise park once, it sounds good!

maybe we should try the zoo again then

we are trying first howletts, and grandparents are coming!

Drusilas is good but depends which bit of London you are travelling from as its down near Eastbourne. Has a Thomas the Tank Engine train around the park, brilliant softplay inside and out, and the exhibits are fun such as timing yourself to stand on your leg by the flamingoes and so on.

thank you boo! it seems good as well.

im so happy i posted here, now i have a good number of options for now and the future too.
