Tenerife, in November, hot and great. Expensive but short flight (v important) and local flight is a bonus.

I think most places in med are still ok this time of year but changing so may be risky.

What to remember is a young child abroad is what you are going to do in the evening? My experience of two young children is they are exhausted by 7ish so taking for dinner was out for us. No way were we going to stay in the room after spending all that money & 1st holiday in 5 years. If there is local baby sitting available that makes life easy. I sourced my nanny direct not through the hotel as they charge a premium.

Hospital not too far away is also a good consideration. There is always a drama with our family. Good safe food is another must - no cheap AI or doggy counties like Eygpt until much much older.

Three in a room shouldnt be a problem so at least you can keep the price down. See if you can get a ground floor room too with lockable gate on the terrace.

There is a MN'er called Lisa who runs a childcare agency in Tenerife
