does anyone know of an FE college who have successfully implemented a non smoking policy? there is much debate about safeguarding the health of the students who don't smoke and at the same time ensuring the safety of the smokers who would have to leave the campus and congregate on the road outside and be potential targets for drug suppliers. Wondered what the answer might be.
