I'm really cheesed off with work and want to study to become a London Tourist Guide.
I think I need to study History & another lanaguage to degree level. The only thing, I think, that's holding me back is that I think I'm dyslexic. How do I get over this hurdle. Where do I start?

talk to a university?
I had a plce at uni (didn't end up going as had kids, long story lol) but had "issues" that required me to see the occupational health type people.
they said that once I was on the course then they would do everything they could to help me stay on it and complete it. that's what they want. they don't want people dropping out.

so, I would find out where you can study, then ring them and ask who the best person is to talk to. either OH or one of the people who teach the course or whatever. explain your concerns and see what they say!

being dyslexic should not hold you back

Thank you! We have a university in town. In fact, one of my friends in a lecturer (in geography) I'll ask. Thanks
