DD2 has 2 more audtions

DD2 has 2 auditions coming up. One at Liverpool institute for Perfrorming arts and one at Thames Valley University.
The Liberpool one is at 8.30 am on Sunday! Not a good time for an audition when you live in Cardiff, DH is taking they were going to go very early on Sunday morningmbut he has now booked a them into a hotel and they'll go late agftrenoon tomorrow.
The Thames Valley audition is a t 2pm on Monday. She has been very busy this week preparing things for both auditions.

I'm a 6th form college music teacher and my lot have had lots of audition and stuff - really nere racking!

What is your dd hoping to study?

She wants to do a Musical Theatre or Performing Arts Degree. She didn't get into Liverpool but she said it was good experience.
She said there were loads of young people there but only five of them got called back.
She has now gone off to the Thames Valley one.

Hope the Thames Valley audition went ok.

D2 has finally got an offer! She didn't get into the Thames Valley Musical theatre course but they sent her application on to Kinston College who are running course that is valitated by them. The Audition was on Saturday she wasn't going to go but suddenly decided she would go. Dh drove her up there early on Saturday Morning. The course is Acting for stage and medis. It has a musical Theatre module in it and it is a full degree course. She heard this morning that she has been acepted and she has an unconditonal offer as she already has her results from last year. There is a limeted amount of accomadation at the college but they can use the ealimg campus Thames Valley Accomadation
We are all very pleased for her.
