Student finance issues

DD is applying for student finance. She thought the deadline was this Friday...but obviously it's not. She's panicking she's too late, although I've told her she's not. However, she also can't get into the page...which is stressing her even more. Any advice please??? Thanks

Worst case it’s a few day late. But it’ll be fine and chances are on time. Remember people get in via clearing.

She can ring them/contact them about not being able to access the page.

Something important I learned at university is that if you are a few days late regarding the deadline, it's not the end of the world.
She should phone them in the morning and be especially polite.

You can apply whenever – IIRC it’s just that the deadline is when they guarantee to get the funding to your uni on time. It was 15 May (so last Friday) but IME it will still be fine. I just tried to log in and was able to do so, so it may be a glitch, or lots of people in the same position trying to log in. Give it a bit of time and try again.
