Anyone else’s TP firmed Exeter for History?

DD has a mountain to climb to get the grades but she loves the campus and the course. Fingers crossed for 96 days time…!

Ah my son likes the look of history at Exeter too - we’re off to the Penryn open day soon!

Not history but yes to firming Exeter!

DS has insured Exeter for history. I think they offered ABB. it’s a lovely campus with good facilities and sport. DS and DH went to the open day last summer and liked it.

I hope your dc gets the grades they want/need @BlackBean2023

She’s looking at Streatham but Penryn looks lovely - and in a beautiful part of the country!

The offers seem to vary from AAA to BBC this year - she’s at the upper end so hoping that if there’s a grade slip she’ll still be OK.

the admissions team have done some great webinars too @BlackBean2023, link above if you haven’t seen them already.

I watched clearing last summer and I think your daughter will be okay with BCC or even CCC so hopefully a grade slip won’t be too awful 🤞 very best of luck.

My DC has Exeter as his insurance choice. We loved it at the open day last year. Such a lovely, green campus. The History course looks really good and DC prefers it to some of the slightly higher ranking universities like Warwick. He got an BBB offer if he put it as firm or ABB for insurance (as he has done an EPQ). Good luck to your DD with her exams!
