Good for what? For who?

Have a look at University Rankings and League Tables 2026 share.google/uy9oyIMaG7uzF5i4P

Yes it’s top tier uni. It’s jokingly called the uni for Oxford rejects.

Yes, there's always been a few of those though,

Durham
Edinburgh
Bristol
Exeter
York

Interestingly, LSE, Imperial and UCL are often high ranking but not considered in the same category.

What are YOUR thoughts? Durham has an excellent reputation but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s right for you.

Do you want a collegiate university or a city based university or a campus?

Which type of business studies are you interested in?

Do your predicted grades meet the typical offer for business studies at Durham and/or Bristol?

Which end of the country would you be happiest in?

Do you like the look of the accommodation at both universities?

Which A levels are you taking and what are your strengths as these may help you decide which course would suit you most?

Dearover · 21/08/2025 20:50

Is this for this year or next year?

What a stupid way of making a thread!

Surely you have access to the UCAS website? And countless newspaper and other assessments of universities?

So it cannot be beyond you to start your thread on the basis of your own research and knowledge, supplying the necessary context to allow posters to give focused opinions on what might suit you best.

Poor effort!
