Edinburgh open day

Has anyone attended an open day at Edinburgh recently, or know the university layout well? Heading there on Friday and it’s not quite clear if there’s a bus between Kings Building campus and Pollock Halls? We would like to do an accommodation tour in between subject talks and not sure if 1hr 45mins is enough time if we have to walk up and back?
Also really hoping the subject talks don’t get cancelled because of the planned strikes that day, though 🤞

I wouldn't walk it. There's is a bus that goes during term term.

If you just look at Google maps it will tell you the options - about a half hour walk or a little less in time on the bus.

I reckon many talks won’t happen but the schools should have some sort of plan. You can ask and they’ll tell you what they know

There is normally a shuttle from George Square to Pollock to view accommodation, not sure re.Kings but likely. Both are walkable in less than half an hour.

Thanks all, it was a shuttle bus I was thinking of (similar to other uni open days) as opposed to the public bus (as that seems to take as much time as walking) Will see what’s there tomorrow
