I am a bit confused about how to fill in the DSA application form. It says a part should be filled in by your advisor, with no explanation who the advisor is. Who is the advisor?

Okay I've read the notes it implies it should be the person who did his dyslexia assessment. But that was at school three years ago. He's left school is currently in college, going to uni and that teacher who did the literacy assessments retired two years ago.

I phoned Saas who explained it very clearly. It is done with the university disability advisor.
