Internship in LA

My son has an 8 week internships in LA Beverly Hills over the summer and he has to find accomodation. Does anyone who has been in a similar situation have any tips in searching for accomodation.

Well I live in LA right now, so I'd suggest you contact UCLA and see if they have any rooms available over the summer. There's also Airbnb and sometimes that will offer a room in a shared house.

Thank you very much for your suggestions @TattooGuineaPig, I will contact UCLA and look into the other details provided.

I forgot to say, the bus from UCLA to Beverly Hills costs $2 and takes 15-20 mins. A taxi / uber will cost closer to $20 each way.
