Primary teacher training - Reading Uni?

My friend wants to do training to be a primary teacher (she's already a TA so knows what she's getting to into). She went to visit Reading Uni and is buzzing about it, she said the campus is gorgeous and staff seem brilliant.
Anyone got any experience of teacher training at Reading?

No. However there’s plenty of jobs so why not? I assume it’s local to her and why commute? Just go for it.

My daughter did it there - I assume the courses are fairly standard wherever. She really liked her personal tutor and felt very supported. People who wanted to stay local seemed to be able to get local jobs. (She wanted to move away and got the first job she interviewed for.)
