Help please…accepting unconditional offers from Unis

DC has applied grades in hand and received several unconditional offers. Presumably, forwarding confirmation of results and certifications does not mean that the Uni has been chosen / confirmed by them?
do they still get to put a firm once all choices have been replied to? They are still waiting on their preferred choice but have sent requested documentation to others.I am worried that each might think that DC has accepted their offer.

They only firm one, no insurance, and nothing is confirmed until on ucas.

That’s not how it works. She will have however many offers she is given out of five. They will be unconditional as she has the grades.
When she has received all her responses (offers or not) she then picks one. It becomes her ‘firm’ and she is guaranteed a place there in September

I believe that only once the button is pressed in UCAS is the firm choice made. You can send anything you want to other universities in the meantime.

Thank you for your replies. Reassuring to know they are not committing to anything yet by sending the requested documents. I must get them to show me what the UCAS site looks like!
