Leeds conservatoire

Is Leeds conservatoire a good one or is Falmouth university better

In which area? Music, fine arts, or performance?

Music

Look at the modules, number of hours of lessons if performance. Look at tutors and destinations of graduates. A conservatoire is usually aimed at professional training in the music industry, a university may be more towards the academic side but will depend on the strengths of the department.

My son is at LCon and I would say it is better than Falmouth for music. However his friend is at Waterbear which is accredited by Falmouth and that is also excellent. (Waterbear don't offer keyboard as a main instrument though).

Also as far as I can see you don't get 1:1 instrumental or vocal lessons at Falmouth.
